One of my goals in therapy is to create an inviting and safe space for you to feel comfortable sharing your unique story and explore ways to move forward in a healthy way. I use a collaborative approach, working side by side with you to help you reach your therapeutic goals. In my work I draw from the following evidenced-based modalities: mindfulness, cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), somatic or body-centered therapy, IFS, and little bit of brain science.

Beginning therapy, or switching therapists, is a big step. It is vital to a successful therapeutic relationship that you and your therapist click. With this in mind I offer a free 20 minute virtual consultation to give you a sense of my style as a counselor. The consultation is relaxed and provides an opportunity for us to see if we are a good fit. If you are interested in meeting through a consultation, please mention this when you reach out.
If you ever need to cancel a session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled with less than 24-hour notice may be charged up to the full session rate, depending on the nature of the circumstances. You can call, text, or email me about cancellation and rescheduling.
