Beginning therapy, or switching therapists, is a big step, therefore, it is vital to a successful therapeutic relationship that you and your therapist click. When working with clients I use a collaborative approach, working side by side with you to help you reach your goals. I strive to create an inviting and safe space for you to feel comfortable sharing your unique situation and to explore ways to move forward in a healthy way.

I work with teens who are struggling with:

If you are interested in meeting through a consultation, please mention this when you reach out.
I do not accept insurance at this time.
