what is an ssp session like?
We'll start with psychoeducation around the nervous system and learn more about how yours works to keep you safe. I'll walk you through the program and you'll be able to get comfortable with the music and the app.
Each session includes listening to SSP’s specially filtered music through over-ear headphones while engaging in gentle somatic practices. You’ll be guided in real-time to ensure the process feels safe and supportive. Sessions often include check-ins, grounding exercises, and space for reflection as your nervous system begins to shift. when will i notice results?
Many clients report feeling calmer and more grounded after just a few sessions, while others notice gradual improvements over time. The effects of SSP often continue to unfold even after the program is complete, offering lasting benefits.
is there anything extra I need to have or bring?
If we are working together remotely, you’ll need a quiet, comfortable space, over-ear headphones (non-noise canceling), and a smartphone or tablet to access the SSP app.
If we are meeting in my office, I'll provide everything you need but you are welcome to bring anything that will increase your comfort level. Eventually, you'll be able to listen on your own, outside of the office and will then need over-ear headphones. Before your first session, I’ll provide detailed instructions to ensure you’re ready to begin. What is the cost?
Access to the program: $300 this includes the creation of your account with selected playlists through the Unyte app
Individual sessions: $175 The SSP is usually completed over 6-8 weekly sessions however each individual's experience is different |
